The Materials Needed
 
Sauce :
1. 1 Segment ginger, crushed
2. 2 stalks lemongrass, crushed

Ronde/Round Ball :
1. 250 grams of glutinous rice flour
2. 3 tablespoons roasted peanuts, without skin
3. 5 pieces palm fruit (kolang kaling), thinly sliced​​, boiled
4. 2 tablespoons brown sugar, crushed coarse (for the contents of the round ball, the collision can also be filled with beans)
5. Water for boiling
 
How To Make  :
1. Water, sugar, lemongrass and ginger boiled until boiling, reduce heat wait 15 minutes, then strain.
2. Mix the rice flour little by little with warm water, knead until smooth. Separate dough into two, then shape the dough of grain marbles. then fill with brown sugar / nut
